Beautiful Moonrise

One of the last super full moon of the year. Took these shots in Swindon viewpoint.

Visit to Shirley Windmill

This is Shirley Windmill. When we moved to Shirley earlier this year I was keen to see this 1854 windmill maintained until this date. It was really good to see how this machine worked.

What I want now?

I was reading posts which I wrote 8 years back on what I want (or rather demand) from life. Its a good feeling to know that many of these have materialized. But they were still materialistic necessities in this age. I think it will it be a good idea to keep a track of all the things I demand from life so that I can go back and look at myself and my priorities, thinking and needs.

I am 32 and now have a gf, a house in London. Following things I want to do or have in no particular order:

1. RTW Travel and travel as long and as far as possible
2. Take mum to various places
3. Shepz marriage/career
4. Myoxy marriage
5. Motorbike
6. Good bicycle
7. Sky diving
8. Sea Diving
9. Kid
10. Update Home

My first 100 mile Bike Ride

It was one of the most pleasant experiences of my life. It was challenging, the weather was in my words in my favour - wet, windy, sunny at times. It was good that it wasn't sunny as I would definitely not liked it. Overall I loved the fact that I could do it. It was 86.6 miles route reduced from 100 because of bad weather. Box hill and Leith Hill were removed being considered dangerous because of heavy rains, probable mud slides and steep downhill gradient. A 6.5 mile ride to start and more on the return made it 100 mile journey. The preparation was worth the effort.  Time amd money spent on shoes, cleats, new pedals, show cover, body warmers, was useful. Also not forgetting that no un necessary money spent on event branded merchandise.

Few pix here.
