I feel so guud even after a week later. Luckily most of the pain n brusis gone. My 2 toes are still black and will take time to recover. Roxy did her 10k, proud of her. And she wants to do half marathon.

Today my hun completed her first 10k run with a bang. It was brilliant. She was guud and beautiful as ever. Will put up a pic soon.
I remember the spot. Just off the M4 in Wroughton. Yellow fields, 1 naked tree, oad leading upto a big orange full moon on a clear summer sky. No picture. I will have to go again on next full moon.
It was a good run, 3 laps, 18 miles, 2 weeks ahead of the Edinburgh marathon. In the evening I assembled our new Ikea bed.

Well no words, not even much to write. I will just remember this amazing trip. Lived at Terance place in east Amsterdam via airBnB. 3-4 days of high n coffeeshop, food, burger bar, walk to wok and white choclate waffle. Deepak n Karan u simply rock.
Yeah. Its been many months. I have not been able to post as regularly as I thought I would. So new in life is that I have now got UK PR and bought a house. Yeah its been hard work for last 5+ years. Now looking forward t the big adventure. AlsonI will work out the marriage thing but I am happy. Hopefully all will be good. Just wish mum n sis comes n visit me.
